ELECTRONIC CONTROL FEATURES
The test instruments we are equipped with allow the QUALITY CONTROL of spiral springs and sheared and formed mechanical parts, according to the required load and/or dimensional characteristics.
The absolute technological innovation of our control system consists in the total automation of the different operations, where the only manual and not automated process is the positioning of the piece to be tested.
Directly available functions are:
1) Dynamometer for measuring the springs' tension and compression force
2) Measurement of the piece’s weight
3) Measurement of the piece’s dimension
4) Measurement of the client’s required values
5) Compression graphic with minimal decimal scale
6) Extension graphic with minimal decimal scale
All
the acquisition and programming data are stored in an active memory for being retrieved
whenever needed and they may take the form of a document including different processing
forms.
Our
